The upgrade pick. Nine-foot flat ceilings throughout, eight-foot interior doors, 72-inch windows and a front porch as standard — plus raised-panel cabinets with 39-inch uppers and can lighting in the kitchen.
Best value in porch-home living, and the series that fits most in-park spaces. Ten floor plans from 1,027 to 1,600 sq ft, with full tape and texture, 31-inch Cityscape uppers and semi-gloss interior paint standard.
For buyers who want the finishes to show. 96-inch sidewalls, hardwood raised-panel cabinet doors, Crescent Edge counters with ceramic tile backsplash throughout. Twenty plans, 1,280 sq ft up past 2,300.

No. Most of our buyers place their home in an established community and lease the space, which is why a home in San Diego County can start around $25,000. If you already own land, we can also handle a placement on your property.

A pre-owned home already in a park can close in a matter of weeks once park approval comes through. A new home ordered from the factory takes longer because of build and permitting time. We'll give you a realistic date up front.
